As Kurt steps away from his role as Managing Director, JCW moves into its next phase of development with strong foundations already in place.
Vince Davies has joined the business and will now lead JCW. Vince brings extensive engineering and operational leadership experience and will play a key role in developing the business further in line with its ambitious strategic goals.
A new leadership structure has been introduced to support this transition, reflecting both continuity and fresh perspective.
This next phase builds on the strategy and direction already established, ensuring that the business continues to evolve while staying true to the values that have driven its success to date.
