Our continued success and our customer satisfaction have been built around our core values of exceeding customer expectations and delivering excellence in everything that we do.
This commitment to quality and service delivery is reflected in the professional recognition and quality standards that have been awarded to JCW Energy Services.
Achilles Building Confidence
JCW is an accredited supplier under the Achilles Building Confidence Scheme. The scheme has become the standard for supplier excellence within the construction and building industry.
Major building contractors use the service to monitor and evaluate their supply chains, improve performance and build stronger, long lasting relationships with their main suppliers.
The Achilles Building Confidence audit and pre-qualification accreditation includes the vetting of our financial, environmental, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility details, as well as our occupational health & safety and quality management systems, competencies and capabilities.
Altius Assured Vendor
JCW Energy Services has proved its excellence within the facilities management industry by passing the rigorous independent assessment and accreditation process – Altius Vendor Assessment.
Not only does it enhance our already long list of accreditations, but it also opens up opportunities for us to further extend our customer base within the retail and commercial sectors.
By becoming an Altius Assured Vendor, we can provide complete assurance that the necessary health and safety systems, insurance coverage and training procedures are in place and we can testify to being a highly competent supplier to all our customers large and small.
By achieving this high industry standard, we can reinforce our commitment to excellence and our ability within the facilities management industry to compete nationally for major contracts and demonstrate that we are a high quality service provider.

As a B&ES member (formerly known as HVCA), JCW is subject to regular, third-party inspections and assessments of our technical and commercial competence.

As an approved contractor, JCW Energy Services electricians are continually given the most up-to-date testing and certification training, supported by NICEIC’s extensive audit procedure.
OFTEC
To improve standards within the building industry the British government introduced ‘competent person schemes’ in 2002 for a range of building trades. OFTEC’s competent person schemes is a register of installers and servicing businesses who work in oil heating and, since 2014, a range of other heating-related technologies including Part P electrical, solar thermal, heat pumps and solid fuel stoves. OFTEC also registers technicians to carry out installation work under the government’s Green Deal scheme.
To become OFTEC registered, our technicians must undertake an approved training course and assessment. They are also inspected regularly by OFTEC to ensure their work meets the required standard.
By using JCW, as an installer who is registered with OFTEC, this can save time and and reduce your costs because we can self-certify our work, avoiding the need for a building inspection and associated fees and our work is covered by warranty.
Regardless of whether you are choosing an installer or a servicing technician, selecting JCW as an OFTEC registered technician provides peace of mind that you are choosing a skilled and qualified technician.
