Compliance Officer

Hours – 35 hours per week
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR & Compliance Administrator to support the smooth and efficient running of our people, training, and compliance processes across the business. This role plays a key part in ensuring all employee lifecycle administration, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements are managed accurately and in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training compliance, producing monthly H&S, cybersecurity and pension reports, managing onboarding and leaver processes, maintaining employee benefit records, and supporting vetting and disclosure procedures for engineers across multiple regions. You will liaise closely with line managers, senior stakeholders, and external providers to ensure regulatory obligations are met and internal systems are kept fully up to date.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, handling sensitive information, and maintaining accurate records across various systems and spreadsheets.

Mobile Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Hours – 40 hours per week
We are looking for a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer to join our Installations team based in Wigston, Leicestershire. Experience essential and must have FGAS certification and use to installing mainly single split systems, occasionally VRVs. The position is part of a wider team with an installations mate. Ideally you will live local to Wigston / Leicester.
The work is local & national and you must be happy to work away from home on a regular basis, staying out up to 4 nights a week, all expenses paid. Full driving license required, and a company van will be provided along with tools and uniform and a company mobile phone.
We’ll provide you with full training once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar environment.
You will work 40 hours per week and you will have access to employee benefits that will be available to you as soon as you start.

Mobile Maintenance Service Electrician

Location – Hampshire / M3 Corridor / South East Region
Hours – 40 hours per week
We are currently seeking an experienced electrician who can work within well-known commercial environments, carrying out all areas of electrical installation, compliance, maintenance, and remedial tasks. Fire alarm service and maintenance works are required for this position. This is a full time and permanent opportunity, working on a mobile basis on sites across the region. Fire alarm training is provided within our onsite training centre to the successful candidate.
As a qualified Service Electrician, you will:
Prioritise workload received to ensure that works are completed within allotted time limits.
To undertake electrical works as instructed (including portable appliance testing, electrical installation testing, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting maintenance, reactive and remedial works).
To ensure the works are undertaken efficiently, in line with customer SLAs, effecting a first time fix wherever possible.
To submit a quotation, or request for materials as per customer procedure, for any jobs where further remedial works are required.
To ensure that any site logbooks are updated following visit, so that site compliance records are kept up-to-date.
Plus any other duties the role requires.
The Electrician will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.

Mobile HVAC Engineer

Hours – 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
We are currently seeking a professional Mobile HVAC Engineer. You will attend planned and reactive jobs across a variety of client sites across the region.
As the HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Working independently as well as a team to undertake the Planned and reactive maintenance services on our client’s premises, to ensure compliance with the specification, PPM, Schedules and Procedures, complete paperwork records and provide quotations for outstanding actions.
Respond to call-out requests to ensure clients’ systems are not prejudiced and to maintain the continuity of operation as far as practical circumstance will allow. To report, quote and act upon failures and faults.
To be fully compliant with the Health and Safety Protocol.
Achieve a prompt effective response to emergency situations being capable to diagnose faults and initiating action to prevent deterioration in environmental conditions within the premises
Conduct the operation of the contract in a pro-active manner so as to minimise difficulties with the building environmental systems.
Liaise with specialist sub-contractors and engineers with other disciplines to ensure the efficient operation of the plant / area without disruption to the client
