Vince brings nearly 30 years of experience across facilities management, maintenance and projects delivery, working across the UK and Ireland in sectors including healthcare, banking, manufacturing and commercial property.

He has led mobile engineering teams and delivered complex contracts in a wide range of environments, combining strong operational knowledge with a practical, people-focused approach. Vince is driven by a simple philosophy - work hard, support others and deliver on commitments.

He particularly enjoys the variety the role brings, from meeting new people to working across diverse sites and industries.

Outside of work, Vince values time with family and enjoys live sport, a good barbecue and the occasional curry paired with a red wine or single malt.
