Paul: Head of Finance

Paul is the Head of Finance at JCW and a member of the Board, bringing over 13 years of experience within the business. Having started his JCW managerial role in July 2012, Paul has been instrumental in supporting the company’s financial performance and ensuring strong governance as JCW continues to grow.

With a “get it done” and inclusive approach, Paul is highly focused on delivering results while supporting those around him. The part of his role he enjoys most is working with the numbers, where his practical mindset and attention to detail really come into their own. Paul’s advice to colleagues is simple: enjoy what you do, after all, work is where we spend much of our time.

When he’s not immersed in finance, Paul enjoys relaxing on the golf course and following his favourite team, Arsenal. His drink of choice is a vodka and coke.
