Rhys Connor joined JCW in June 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in the HVAC industry since starting his career in 2007. Starting out as a multi-skilled engineer in gas, air conditioning, and electrics, he progressed into project management after a decade on the tools. His background gives him a strong foundation in delivering complex projects with a focus on client satisfaction, planning, and team coordination.
As Service Manager, Rhys is committed to growing the Cardiff office and strengthening client relationships through innovation and quality service. Known for his strong work ethic and clear communication style, he’s passionate about building a positive, solution-focused team culture. Outside of work, Rhys enjoys Indian food, supporting Cardiff City, and spending time with his wife and two young sons.
