What is Perkbox?
Perkbox is an employee rewards platform providing a variety of benefits and discounts as well as access to confidential helplines and well-being services to help support the wellness of our staff.
Why have JCW partnered with Perkbox?
JCW made the decision to continue to invest in and provide the benefits of Perkbox to our staff as a way of recognising their hard work and continued support of the company. We are committed to ensuring everyone feels valued and appreciated and to thank them for being part of our team.
What are the benefits of Perkbox?
Perkbox gives our staff access to a range of deals and discounts for anything from their weekly supermarket shop, clothes, holidays, technology and lots more.
Not only that, this year they now are also eligible for Flexipoints. Flexipoints are added to their account every month to spend on whatever they like and can accumulate month on month.
Also, as part of Perks, we have arranged for staff to have access to Wellness which has all sorts of programmes and tips to help with personal wellbeing. We are also continuing to provide the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which is a confidential service that can help our staff with personal or workplace issues that might be impacting their performance, wellbeing, mental or physical health.
Celebrating Colleagues
Very soon we will also be launching the Celebration Hub. This will enable our staff to give a shout out to their colleagues to celebrate them and comment on recognitions sent to others, guaranteeing to make someone’s day and create stronger inter-office and team relationships.
