Lucy: Service Desk Manager
Lucy has years of experience in services and logistics coordination before joining us as the Service Desk Manager in 2016. Her role is to oversee our team of Service Desk Operators at the Leicester office. Seeing her team increasingly progress and grow in confidence has been the favourite part of her time here with us so far. Lucy has a rule at work and in life, that a mistake made is a chance to learn a new lesson, to overcome it, is to prevent it from happening again, and she applies this ethic to her team here.
During happy hour, you would find her drinking a vodka, lime and soda at the bar. When Lucy is seeking a day of relaxation, she books herself in for a lovely day at the Spa with a nice massage.
